New Computer!

Went and brought a new computer that's pretty sick! And by saying 'went and brought' I actually just pointed and clicked!! LOL! Supposed to be here on Friday(and of course I'm switching shifts(1400-2200) so I probably won't be home for delivery but I'll leave a message on the door

Congrats on your new buy! A new computer is always so exciting! Even with all the work it comes (backing up and stuff).
I wish I could just upgrade mine, just a bit more of ram and maybe some really nice video card but any decent one is way too expensive around here!

I haven't watched Doctor Who, and the previews I watched does feel like 'meh'. But maybe I'll give a try when I finish some of the series I'm watching right now. And I've watched Spartacus, the first season is the best (the one with that actor who sadly passed away) really full of hot semi naked men. The second haven't really caught my attention, but I didn't watch much of it yet, still on episode 04. I do love Game of Thrones though and I pretty much only think about it right now! lol

I just really get antsy because I keep thinking what if I forget a save and then uninstall the game and all my work is GONE!!!? LOL!! I ended up having to go to QVC so that I wouldn't have to plop down a wad of cash at once. It makes me feel better to see 200 bucks leave my account once a month rather than 1000+ at once! >_< I won't need more RAM with this computer(it came with 16) and I know I'm going to switch out the graphics card and probably the CPU as well but yeah..

OH!!! Let me tell you...the graphics look kinda corny in Doc Who but after a bit you don't even realize because the actors are that good!! Seriously!!! Totally give it a try! I heard it was good. It's sitting there waiting for me to watch it! LOL!!

I understand that, the thought of losing hours and hours of gameplay is terrible!

I went and looked up what's QVC, so payment in Installments isn't a common thing over there? It's like, the norm here in Brazil. Everything is so expensive and the salary is low so it's practically the only way common people can buy stuff. We can buy stuff like cars in 48 Installments! And computers and stuff like that up to 12. And I was looking there, the prices are so good, even if I were to buy over there to have it shipped here it would be worth it. A computer they're selling for $1,000 (16 GB RAM) I can buy for, if the currency was the same just for comparison, around $5,000+. How sad is that?

I'll give Doctor Who a try, definitely! I'm watching the new season of GoT and missing Khal Drogo like crazy. I really liked him and Daenerys together. But I'm enjoying it anyway.

Congrats on your new computer! I love the fun of a new computer, especially one that has a better graphics card!

As for what's been going on... SO MUCH! I don't have time to get into now (it's almost 2:45am) but I wanted to write this comment as a remind to myself to tell you more. I'd recommend checking out my second to last post, 'cause that explains a lot. LOL!!! Not creepy at all!! :P OMG!!! I don't know why I am so late to the Doctor Who party but dang!! I'm currently watching Season 2. I have two more episodes and I keep putting it off because I think this is where Rose is no longer his constant companion and I don't know how I feel about that yet! :/

OMG!!! SO MANY FEELINGS related to GoT!!! It makes no sense. Which episodes have aired? I don't wanna spoil anything for you!

Oh gosh, you're giving me the Doctor Who nostalgia! I remember getting really attached to Nine - and the Nine/Rose/Jack dynamic - and being dubious about Ten/David Tennant, which of course was silly because David Tennant was great as Ten, in my opinion. I absolutely adore season 2, but as a confessed RosexDoctor shipper I could be biased. :P I think season 3 is either a season you love, or don't like so much, so I'm really curious to see what you think about when you get to it. And my goodness, season four is AWESOME. But I'm getting a little ahead lol. Suffice to say Doomsday (the last ep of s2) is pretty intense. Of course right now I still have all the GoT feelings and just adfghjkl. Episode 3 is the most recent one that aired over here, but you feel free to spoil. XD
