What did you do in 2008 that you have never done before?
Sang in a Pagan choir, performed ritual in a skyclad Circle, became initiated, saw Eddie Izzard live, went to Spring Mysteries, voted the winning ticket in a presidential election, and participated in Celtic Reconstructionist and Antinouan religious rituals.

Did you keep all of last years resolutions?
I don't really do resolutions, per se, but I did make of list of things that I wanted/needed to do, and I did many of them. What I didn't manage to do was find more work and get an apartment of my own.

Have you any resolutions for next year?
In the manner mentioned above, yes: get more work so I get an apartment. And I'm thinking I'd like to study Anthropology and learn French. We'll see....

Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, Jessa's daughter Krystall and Muriah

Did anyone close to you die?
Not me, personally, but a LOT of people close to me lost people close to them. It was bad.

What song will always remind you of 2008?
I'm not sure, perhaps "I Kissed a Girl and I Liked It" or "Yes We Can"

How did you see in the New Year?
I believe it was to watching The Simpsons Movie with Jess and Shortmann

We transformed Fort Flagler into Greece for a weekend, does that count?

What would you like to have in 2009 that you didn’t have in 2008?
A full-time job(s), an apartment, a love life

What date in 2008 will remain etched in your memory and why?
October 11th - Initiation; November 4th - History in the Making

What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Overcoming to a large extend my procrastination, which involved doing spontaneous things and making plans and following through

What was your biggest failure?
Not finding work and moving out of my parents' house.

Did you suffer any illness or injury?
Nothing serious

What was the best thing you bought?
Tickets to Spring Mysteries, The Kinsey Sicks, and Eddie Izzard

I'm not sure...

Where did most of your money go?
School and Car Loans, Gas, Savings

What did you get really really really excited about?
Spring Mysteries, Fourth of July Party, Kinsey Sicks, Eddie Izzard, Shifting the library collection, the Election, Prop 8 Protest, Skyclad Winter Solstice, and each and every interview

What do you wish you would have done more of
Applied for more jobs, took more walks, done something creative, went to more CR meetings, dated *someone*, and yoga

How will you be spending Christmas?
This Christmas I spent at home with the family and my brother's girlfriend Shaina

Shaina, Rob, Josh, Tasha, Chris, Chris, Mary, Donny, Steven (both through the interwebs), and numberous others, I'm sure, that I've forgotten to mention. Sorry.

True Blood, Project Runway, Top Model, Dexter

Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
I don't hate anybody, but no, the list of people I highly dislike hasn't grown this year.

What was/were the best books you read?
The Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter Series, the Harry Potter series on audio book, The Ten-Cent Plague, World War Z, and Stranger in a Strange Land

What was your greatest musical discovery?
I'm not sure, but the Songs Inspired by Neil Gaiman Collection stands out.

What did you want and get?
More friends and a social life; a Democratic Presidential victory

What did you want and not get?
More work; an apartment

What was your favorite film this year?
I don't really remember what came out, but I remember liking Dark Knight and Twilight

What did you do on your birthday and how old were you
I turned 24, and I had planned on getting a massage, but that didn't work out. I did make a cake, though. Mmmm, chocolate delicious-ness....

What one thing would have made your year more satisfying?
A loving man to spend it with.

Value Village Shirts. Add Jeans.

Living life to the fullest is exhausting, but more often than not worth it.
