Tonight I watched Bend It Like Beckham. 'Twas a fun, humorous little film.

It was quite refreshing to see a flick in which the romance didn't entail falling into bed two minutes* after meeting.** [gasp] A romance without Insta-SexTM? It would be absurd, nay, impossible!

*Or what would've been two-minutes had they not been a bit busy being shot

I've wanted to see that,as athletic cuteness and capable women bing silly and sporting makes me a happy kit. As far as the bodice rippers, two days is a minimum, two minutes just isn't enough. I have violated that rule, twice now...*blush*
