I posted the clip a couple days ago. But I wanted to see the transcript, because I just couldn't believe she actually said that.

I've spent a good chunk of the morning going through quotes from Sarah Palin, Joe Biden and Dan Quayle. Joe has made some gaffes, but nothing THIS bad. And Dan Quayle is starting to look pretty good in comparison - he was just goofy. She has them all beat on the wackiness front.
