Yesterday was a ot of fun and quite active! I went for a walk cause I'm wanting to start losing weight.. Mostly for my health.. The best way I've read to lose weight, aside from calorie control (which is only part) is to do weight training, they say the anaerobic will burn far more then you could ever with aerobic exercise. The increase in muscle mass uses up more energy and thus burns more calories. There's even a book out telling the decades-long falsehoods of telling people that aerobic is the way to lose the pounds.
