I speak from experience when I say...don't lose heart with the weight loss progress. It is slow -- it SHOULD be slow to be healthy. And slow means, well, you won't notice very much going on at first. It took me nearly a year of cutting carbs and practicing yoga like a fanatic before I actually looked down and said, “hey. I think I lost some weight.” Mostly, you’ll notice you FEEL better before you think you look better. But I am sure it’s noticeable to everyone else. So keep it up and don’t fret!
ill let ya kno bout the weight ness next time i see you on campus.. You should try the core plan thing - i know weight watchers is like for 40 year old ladies with 18 kids, but i been doing it for the wedding and am down 15 pounds without exercising to the extent i should be
