2011 in Review
I think this may become a yearly thing for me..
Well, let's just say I was really optimistic going into 2011, and about 3 months into 2011 that optimism went out the window... Some really bad shit went down, and ended up having to move out of the city, in with some of my family. My husband had to quit his good job, took him over a month to find a new one that pays really bad, we are on hold for paying the IRS back, which sucks cause the interest just keeps building. Still no car, but we are working on that one right now, can't wait to find a place of our own, I don't care if its an apartment or a trailer, just something so that we can get back to our "lifestyle"... Now on to other more interesting things.. at the end of 2010 I said I was looking forward to these drama's:
My Princess- This drama sucked so bad, that I can't believe I finished it.
Dream High- I loved this drama, so good.
Sign- This drama was great, it combined a lot of things I am interested in, in a great manner.
What's Up?- This drama just started airing and it is awesome!
Poseidon- Great Action, sexy SiWon.
Bartender- Boring as hell.
LADY~Saigo no Hanzai Profile- Very very interesting.
Heaven's Flower-Didn't watch.
There were other's throughout the year that I LOVED and some that I just didn't like.. lets start with the
2011 Korean Drama's that I loved:
A Tree With Deep Roots or Deep Rooted Tree- EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! There are no other words to describe this drama's awesomeness.
City Hunter- This drama was totally awesome, it had action, intrigue, romance, sexiness, comedy.
Flower Boy Ramyun Shop- Now this was a very light and fluffy romcom, just adorable.
The Greatest Love- One of the best RomComs ever written.
2011 Japanese Drama's that I loved:
Don Quixote- I can't put into words how I felt about this drama.
Akutou: Juuhanzai Sousahan- This drama was a shocker, as to how well it was written and acted, totally surprising.
2011 Japanese and Korean Drama's that were just BAD
Ikemen Desu Ne- Not that it was awful, just that I was expecting to much, I loved the original Korean version better.
Myung Wol the Spy- Started off good, but failed miserably
Warrior Baek Dong Su- Started off good, but got "extension blues"
Manny- I couldn't even finish this, I totally dropped it.
With the invention of mydramalist.com it makes it so so much easier to keep track of drama's I have watched, plan to watch, dropped, etc.
Now music.. well let's see, 2010 got me into groups like Kat-Tun and so on.. well with 2011 I expanded and found some Korean groups I adore, and I even found some more Japanese artists that I like.. and one English female that kicks ass.. and her name is Adele.. now the list of Korean that I am totally loving atm...
Big Bang-Of course, that wasn't about to change.
Super Junior-This group has really grown on me. Yesung is my fav
2NE1- The ONLY Asian girl group I can listen to. They won MTVIggy's Best New Band in the world. A group of kick ass women.
C.N.Blue- They are surprisingly good.
IU- This girl can SING!!!!!!!
TVXQ- the two are pretty awesome..
there are other's but I can't really think.
