Houston, the chickens have landed.
Chickens spent their first night in their new coop, and seem to be no worse for the wear. :-)
First we have the photos taken at the end of April.

He's a very curious little chicken, who wants to know what's going on.
Then we have the morning after their first night in the new coop, May 3, 2009.
Here's the coop. It turned out pretty nice!
The white blob on the right is the water-er, the one on the left is the feeder. The orange blob on the other side of the coop is the neighbor's cat. Kitty TV!
They are eating everything they can.
The ramp is, unfortunately, too steep for them -- they slide on the wood and so they don't want to use it. Mr. Sweetie suggested adding rubber stair-tread material to give them some grip.

The cat from next door. Chickens don't seem to mind being watched, as long as no sudden moves are involved.
