Wow... just... wow.

Ok, so yesterday I had a really off day at the gym due to lack of sleep (stayed up WAY too late talking to someone, even tho he reminded me I needed to go to bed, lol). I'm starting my weight loss/gain health program. I joined a gym today and had my first workout for about 25 minutes of cardio. Yay! I meet with my trainer on Thursday. I can't wait to get going with this! I'm gonna get myself back down to a healthy, active size. I'm so excited ( Read more... )
