In retrospect, this is a little conceited.

I don't do this enough. I don't know why. I absolutely love writing in this thing. I know Aschli, Lauren, and the occasional person looking for the bathroom who accidentally wonders in are the only ones who actually take the time to read my stuff, but I still feel like such a God damn literary pimp whenever I manage to pound out a good entry ( Read more... )

Maybe, but I doubt B will ever be able to beat Mario as fast as you. Also, your accounts of Antietam Drive gave me the same kind of emotional rush that anything B has written does. I remember my own childhood just a little more fondly because of the articles you wrote about your own. Besides, who the hell wants to have a fucked up name like Ryu anyway?

you shouldn't be afraid of me posting things making fun of your ideas. or you should stop using me as a crutch/shield that keeps you from finishing your thoughts. for one, it's no fun making fun of you unless it's in person, and two (the real reason), i really love reading the things you post. i do my best to read everyone's livejournals pretty frequently because it makes me feel like i didn't move away to some shit town called terre haute where i never get to see the people that i honestly called my family more than my biological relatives. i happen upon yours most often because it's in your AIM profile, and i get mentioned on occasion, which always rocks.
so, in conclusion,... i hate trying to wrap things up. fuck it. i'll be home for ten days in less than a month. in the words of karen, "party". (can you find the two references? they're very, very close.)

I cannot find the references of which you speak. I guess I'm not on top of my game today. But if you actually enjoy reading what I write, you'll love my forthcoming English narrative which I will posting on here. The planned topic is "Why I've Never Cried Over Anyone's Death." It's going to be long and emo, but I'm looking forward to writing it.
