Matthew gave me a tortoise-shell kitten for my birthday! She is so adorable (of course). She loves to curl up around our necks like a scarf. I just really like how friendly she is. I hope she stays that way -- I want a lap cat! I haven't named her yet, that is why I keep referring to her as "she." So far, we have been calling her Fruit Bat. I am

that is a scary-looking feline. I have some name suggestions if you don't use fleabat, oops, I mean fruitbat. Eleanor, Pocahontas, Delilah, Bathsheba, Tammy Faye, Mary Magdalene, Marie Antoinette, Madame Curie, Mother Theresa, you get the drift.
