Matthew's father, Mr. Donnie, had a heart cath yesterday and everything worked out beautifully. Mr. Donnie's arteries are ultra clear without any blockage whatsoever. The doctor thinks that he might be getting arteriole spasms which are causing his heart to hurt, left arm and jaw to tingle, and his dizziness

post stuff in your journal. Then you don't have to call anyone and we all will know what you are eating, I mean doing. As for losing weight, exercise is not the answer: you have to do that diet I sent with the oatmeal for breakfast, meal bar for lunch and small dinner, eliminating all potatoes and noodles, just having rice now and then and only have 100 per cent ww bread. Oh and mix your butter half and half with olive oil. You have to exercise, too, but that's not the big losing thing.
