Man, I should have mentioned-- I used a free beta testing japanese program to do that one, I LOVE IT. Even though I can't read what the heck it's saying, I've found the most useful buttons that I need so far. It works a WHOLE lot better than photoshop, and I'm just really happy about it!
I wonder if that's a successor to OpenCanvas ... I love OpenCanvas but unfortunately it's not compatible with the Cintiq I have at home so I never get to use it. It's ancient, and tiny, and while it does have some English menus most of it is hard to figure out, but it has colours that interact with each other and it can look so painty and cool!
I'm not sure! It's definitely in the line of Paint Tool Sai, which I can't get since I have a mac, but it's a great little program with really great brushes and blending options.
