Hey everyone. Sorry I have been MIA for so long. Was pretty busy with RL stuff. I started drawing this a little while back but never got around to finish drawing it until. This was made upon request by krambi003 to draw a modern day Ruruka. (Sorry it took so long Krami, I hope this is to your liking)

OK, so I'll try to put in words how happy you just made me and write a - hopefully - coherent comment ^^
I knew that if someone was skilled enough to create a modern Ruruka, then it was you!! And you did it!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you drew him here: he is definitely "my" RB mascott ^___^ Your Ruruka fits perfectly what I had in mind when I wrote Summer Love Prize. And that chibi rabbit makes my heart melt (you have no idea =^.^=). Your way of putting your drawings in color is always awesome *bows in respect*
I could never convey to you everything that collides in me when I look at this fanart; and how thankful I am to you for taking the time to create this modern Ruruka. Wow! *bows deeply* You are too much. I am so glad you like it! I read Summer Love Prize over again to try and grasp a little of Ruruka’s personality. You wrote that he was “sweet and mischievous “ and was “always there to give them his warm smile as a first comfort after the effort”, so I tried to go for an easy going, but still fun look to this drawing,

Your way of putting your drawings in color is always awesome” LOL, it’s so sketchy and messy though. Plus it makes it harder to see the outline of the drawing. I think I may try to draw the outline in as well next time, but not sure how my first attempts will look like. XDDD

No need to thank me, I really enjoyed sketching up this drawing and coloring it. Ruruka is just too cute not to draw if I get the chance! Your comment here means so much to me, and I am also bless to have met someone as amazing as you in LJ comms and to have you as club_sion moderator .

You definitely have managed to convey in this fanart how I have written Ruruka in this story *thumbs up*

The fact that it is rather sketchy suits for me very well how you can see things on a beach when it is so very hot in Summer. Quite blurred you know ^_~
