Ok, so we basically have a new dog now :) No one has responded to the signs I put up in the neighborhood, or the add in the paper, and the pound knows that we found him. He is really sweet, and loves attention, and pretty smart too. He already knows sit and shake commands. Mandy has another playmate now and it's fun to see them play together.
