i only slept 3 1/2 hours, but I prefer it that way. Hate that life is so unexpected but at the same time, I don't know what to think of it. I hate this fucking keyboard, but apparently it seems that I dislike anything and everything, so whatever

I definitely know that when you exercise, you tend to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. The less sleep you really need. I used to wake up at 4 or 4:30 am evyer morning. After awhile, that same pattern of waking up on time, you don't need the alarm clock anymore. How fucking cool is that? :)
