Return trip to Paris from London = $250 (for two)

Rail pass from Toronto to Vancouver = $1400 (for two) (or $2000 for a bedroom lol, and that includes meals i think. takes 3 days!)

olympics are feb 1 to march 21st. awww. guess we'll be avoiding some areas then, but i'm not sure where exactly yet. yikes!

Is it just me, or are tragedies the times where it really becomes apparent... that our news programs suck. Dude, I know it's a horrible, horrible tragedy. You really don't need to ham it up for me.
