Held in downtown Asheville, NC this afternoon.  It was the first day of spring with freezing sleet.  I have got to admit - these guys had spirit.  My hands were blue within minutes of getting there and they had been out there over an hour.  ( Read more... )

Hey everyone, just relaunching my photo journal, thought I'd just mention it here since I've found a few good ones here.  Thanks and Happy and productive New Year everyone, happy shooting.

My photo journal is almost entirely vintage stuff from my family's albums, going back to the 19th century: slides, snapshots, polaroids, photo postcards, etc. The only modern (post 1990) pix that I do post are of places or objects, no people -- no snapshots of what I did last weekend, no info about my life today.
