you should turn on the lj notification thingee for birthdays. It's supar helpful. ^^; I'm so awful with dates.
It *was* a wonderful day, and it seems that I have several more to follow. I'm so glad I took vacation time. The weather has been brilliant and I've had time to really sleep and watch some things I've been meaning to and just generally be happy. <3

I'm fortunate to have friends both older and younger.
Anytime I feel old I go chat with the 30-somethings and it's great to watch them realize that they can't tease me about my age. <333
