Time for another round of Translation Miscalculation! Last round, my friend wanted me to find her some kutsu, or shoes! Also, the shirt from the round before cost 8500 yen, which is well over $110. Jeez, if a shirt costs that much, I don't even want to know how much some shoes would cost! I can see now why my friend wanted to stop off at the bank beforehand!
After leaving that store (needless to say, I didn't buy anything!), we decided to get some refreshments! We stopped off at a little cafe for some drinks and snacks. My friend recommended I try their koucha, but I have no idea what that is! Can you tell me?
