Difficult situation

So... I have this shiny new job at a local printing company. It is quite a nice place to work, the pay isn't really very good. I have been hired as "Office Manager". After 3 shifts of doing virtually nothing I am finally allowed to actually view the "Office" (ie:- the books, accounting system, filing system etc.), what I am supposed to manage...
