Great letter! It really should get them thinking about how much their staff really cares about it's customers! Who knows, maybe they will take it to heart and send you a free wrap with all the frills! Good Luck...go get 'em tiger!
Cross your fingers, that's what I'm hoping for. Just last September, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in San Francisco. And I wasn't happy with the way we were treated in that hotel. I wrote a letter and received two free nights at their hotel. We'll be using those nights when we go back up to S.F in May. The Power of the Pen!!!!
