It's 3am and I'm not asleep, I dont know whats wrong with me. This has been happening far too often. Suggestion: Join the gym with me. We don't need to start out doing heavy weights training, we could just do some cardio stuff like a bike or something like that. But going and doing it as part of a routine will help an assload with your sleeping problems, it will also help you with some much needed weight loss.
It will also give me someone to go with as I need to lose weight as well. And the offer still stands.
