It's 3am and I'm not asleep, I dont know whats wrong with me. This has been happening far too often. I'm up till like 5am-ish, either watching crap on tv, and really thats all thats on, crap, or futzing on the computer, or just laying there wondering what the fuck is going on. heh well i'm up because i have work in a few minutes. Whenever i cant sleep i go over in my mind what issues are pressing on me ATM and assure myself that i'll deal with them in the morning. seems to work for me.

Prune, physical activity tends to help regulate your sleep cycle. You'll be tired when you want to go to sleep, and you'll probably get more restful sleep when you do...

Suggestion: Join the gym with me. We don't need to start out doing heavy weights training, we could just do some cardio stuff like a bike or something like that. But going and doing it as part of a routine will help an assload with your sleeping problems, it will also help you with some much needed weight loss.

It will also give me someone to go with as I need to lose weight as well. And the offer still stands.

Watching TV and using the PC/playing computer games actually makes it harder for you to go to sleep. Try not doing any of that for about an hour before you go to bed ( ... )

Seems like you got a lot of good ideas here. I used to not sleep enough and play on the computer at night. I totally killed the computer use so now I can get to bed about an hour after work. I get home around 1am so getting to bed by 2am gives me plenty of time in the day before work ( ... )
