Soooo flipping good. Le sigh.

Dean was awesome...his attempts to get Sam to cry were hilarious (emaciated kittens and renting Beaches, ftw). And you have Dean's voice completing captured. His inner monologue when he hits Sam in the balls was perfect.

And then, on top of the funny, you nailed the emotion underlying it all. I loved this...

He holds Sam close and murmurs reassurances. It’s okay, I’ve got you, I won’t leave you, little brother.

because it made me think of the scene in stull where Dean was saying that same thing.

Lastly, I must give you major props for having me buy an "I love you, Sammy." I very rarely can read the boys saying ILY and not feel like it's not in character, but the ILY really worked for me here.

Oh, this was just so funny and sad and warm and heartbreaking and hopeful and just freakin PERFECT. Sam's terror and Dean's concern and their love just bleeds out of the screen.
