A bunch of those are "standard" utils we've been using at work for a while, especially WinDirStat and Fraps. They left out one of my favs, HyperSnap. Our lead programmer actually grabbed the WinDirStat code and changed it around to parse and visualize our memory dumps.

I've seen WinDirStat before. I guess it is more featureful but instead I use Jason Pratt's JDU which does a similar thing.
