Hey, it happens to the best of us (a category that definitely includes you). I also misplaced some crucial electronics last month.

And the moral of the story is: all work and no play makes Evan go something something.

. . . no better time for you to attend a couple of partays next weekend, huh? :)

I've done that so much recently, except I keep misplacing the key card that lets me into my building >___< [Usually, I have to figure out what bag/purse/pocket it's hiding in.]

Oh, I haven't pissed them off. I've even won some props from colleagues who share my disdain for getting a landline, along with some friendly head-shaking from the opposite camp.
