Brutal Few Days for Dreaming

For whatever reason, my dreams the last few days have been extra unpleasant. Typically, my heartbreak dreams happen about every other sleep, on average. The last several days, it’s been every single dream event. And I can’t think of anything that would have triggered this. I’m on the medication that last month my doctor suggested we try.
