- I decided to be bold with my Death Note story "Collide". I uploaded it onto Fanfiction.net last week. Full Summary up to 7 finished chapters so far. Normally I don't upload much of my stories onto my account there because I have gotten so peeved over a mod removing any of them. I mean, I put hours and hours into my writing, being perfectionistic

Have you thought about posting at Archive Of Our Own? I haven't written anything in ages, and I started on ff.net, but I find AO3 to be a much better place for fanfiction. I put in an invitation request, so if you're interested, let me know and I'll send it your way when I get it. :)

Ahhh, No Doubt. Their 1995 album (Tragic Kingdom) will never leave my car CD collection. I still have the original copy I bought... oh, 17 years ago?

I never heard of that site. I'll check that out, because I'm curious. I really want to keep uploading my current story on ff.net (I just saw another put Collide onto their favorites and story alert), so I may end up posting it on there too. Maybe.

I used to have that on casette!! Great album. I hope to get that on CD soon! The Singles album has about 4 songs from Tragic Kingdom on it. Spiderwebs, Just a Girl, Sunday Morning, and Don't Speak.

No wait, there's 5 from Tragic Kingdom on the Singles CD. "Excuse Me Mr." would be the other one I forgot was on there. XD

The mods on ff.net actually delete your stuff? Do they give you reasons? It's a pretty awful way to behave :/

I'd second the rec of Archive of Our Own. Its a great little site. It's the one I use (that and LJ/DW). Not as big ff.net of course, but well worth a look.

Yeah! Some of the 20 to 21 fans I have admitted they're about as hooked on this fic as much as I am! XD Yeah it's very cool. I'll start chapter 11 on Wednesday. (Planning to work more on AMV some this week too! It's still only a little over halfway done!)

In the past, the mods have gave me good reasons why my stories had to be removed. I know two I had were silly script story things. One time, so long ago, they unreasonably removed a story of mine, but I'm way over that now.

I guess I wouldn't mind posting my story on there AND ff.net. :) So, Casey (suppi_the_great) mentioned I'd have to get an invite before I start posting stuff on that site?

I don't remember having to get an invite but I've been on there for a while.

I'm a big believer in multiple backup locations for fic. You know, just in case there's some catastrophic crash somewhere or other XD
