Random thing #1 is... I LOVE the band known as Red. Here's two songs that have been favorite songs of mine for a while now.

The second song is the main theme for my scary Death Note fanfic by the way. The song not only inspires for chapter titles by lyrics and drives a big portion of the plot but also for the story title too! "Feed the Machine"

I was introduced to the band Maximum The Hormone through Deathnote. Not entirely my style of music preference but they're so insane I sort of admired it.

They did the song "What's Up People?!" right? I don't know if I'd download the full version of the song.

For me I've been finding American rock songs that have been reminding me of my stories and Death Note in General.

In fact a fitting song for Kira is "Animal I Have Become" by Three Days Grace. It's what I've picked to make this AMV that centers Light.

A funny Death Note-like song is "I Can't Decide" by Scissor Sisters.

Creepy-scary vibe one for Ryuk is "Special Pets" by Otep.

Light to L one is "Devil's in the Details" by Bright Eyes...

"Worlds Divide" is the main theme for my story Collide.

I've seen Conor play Devils in the Details live a few times, it was also used on a very brilliant documentary about Bipolar. Wonderful music, he makes. One of my favourites.

Otep are really not my style. I used to live with someone that really rated their first album, drove me insane and was bad for my anxiety.

Yes, Maximum The Hormone did that song and another really popular one used on the show that I don't recall the name of. Argh, wtf is it called....... I'll get back to you on it. But yeah, I know they do a good live show because Enter Shikari went on the road with them in Japan and I remember watching some coverage. and I like ES a lot.

Will eventually upload a decent pic of the one I got to go out last weekend. Took almost an hour to get him to figure out the only way to go out was the way he came in. Whenever he panicked, he made this pitchy "screee" sound whenever I tried to gently hold him. Then he'd fly off to one of the other windows. All I could really do was walk near him to help him move along and find the way out.

He was a very pretty brown and black bird with white markings on his wings.

Will try to read up on what's been going on with you sometime, Des. Whenever the inspiration to write is less gripping. :)

I'd not heard of Red before but I really like those two. Might have to seek out more by them.

I'm just psyching myself up for the last chapter of a story I've been working on for ages. It's kinda nerve-wracking XD

Amazing band. Love, love, love them. I recommend all the other songs I have by Red; Breathe Into Me, Confession (What's Inide My Head), Never Be the Same, and Let it Burn.

I think I'm about, um, halfway done on the one chapter of Crawl. The most intensely scary stuff is all done I think. Kira-Light's being a bit of a cocky bastard at my poor other character.

Yeah. Silly birdies. They're either really playing truth or dare or they're just that desperate to find a nesting area...
