Andrew Sullivan is currently taking his annual August hiatus. Quite naturally, and without knowing of Sullivan's sabbatical tradition, I have been doing the same thing. Sullivan says,

yah. i definitely feel that. the more i read, the more i listen, the more i am intimidated by how much i DONT know in all areas...but that doesnt really have any impact on my desire to learn more...
i look forward to the moment when i will turn off the comp, put my schoolbooks away, and read a book to learn or relax.
sigh. i find that updating helps me get through my boring days...i shouldnt complain, btu i do...

Does Right anti-Semitism not concern you?

I think the world is eminently able to detect right-wing anti-Semitism when it occurs. It even sees it when it is not occuring. Altenately, I think the world is woefully inadequate at detecting left-wing anti-Semitism.
An important place to start is reevaluating the "Hitler was right-wing" cliche. In terms of modern political parlance, I feel that Hitler is more accurately described as half Left (socialist), and half neither-Right-nor-Left. Hitler was quoted once saying, "How, as a socialist, can you not be an anti-Semite?"

So this "strong force" of leftist anti-Semitism ... does it manifest itself in any way other than criticizing the policies of Israel?
And what danger does it pose? Are the anti-war social leftists--many of them Jewish--trying to kill all the Jews?
