Definition of music (4 of several)

Hi children!  Today's discussion will include a progression of music that is particularly close to me, though some of it I have little respect for, even after growing up with it.  Almost all forms of electronic music are progressions and reforms of previous types leading back to the big, blanket types known as Trance, Techno, House, and so forth.

This material is hardly brilliant, being available on the net, but I do enjoy a nice, conscise (sorta) complilation of info now and then.

I like that you mix thoughtful, intelligent posts with no apologies, sophmoric humour ones. I think one hasn't lived until they've seen that Tenacious D video, lol!

I also think that it is questionable whether Assemblage 23 and Beborn Beton are actually two seperate genres of music. Discuss. :P

And hey, 5 readers isn't bad. I just threw up a tantrum post becuse I've only had one post out of about 5 or 6 commented on.
