You don't have to have weights to do strength training! Use your body weight (pushups (assisted by wall to start), squats, lunges, crunches, yoga positions) to your advantage.
Strength training is really important as it increases your lean muscle mass (MUSCLES BURN CALORIES, YOU WANT THEM). (And they look hot too.)
