Yeah, she even looks a little like Grayson Hall in this picture.
Every time I look at this picture I get more annoyed with this crazy cat lady version of Dr. Julia Hoffman! I hope the movie pairs Dr. Hoffman with Barnabas and not Victoria Winters (that's the ingenue governess part, since you're not fluent in Dark Shadows, ha ha) because vampires should date women as close to their own physical age as possible.
Likewise, mister! Just don't leave livejournal again!
I stopped watching the show in the middle of one of the traveling to the past storylines (paradoxically I love the show when it's in modern times but when they get all Colonial dinner theater I'm like, "I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!!!"), but it's been so long since I watched the show I can't remember where I left off and don't know where to start again. I guess the pre-Barnabas episodes are all out on DVD now and they're supposed to be pretty interesting (less horror and more gothic), but when Grayson Hall isn't around it's hard for me to give a damn....

I LOVE that site, but that lady is way more dedicated than I am. I have this weird aversion to gothic romances set in ye olden tymes, so I always flip through the first chapter looking for references to cars. Horse drawn carriages = throw it back!
