So, is everyone in the states ready for Wednesday?

No, I'm not talking about "ZOMGWTFBBQribs, the VOTE!!!eleventythousand" on Tuesday -- that's a subject that's been beaten to death already. I'm talking about the day after which is when I fully expect to see all of the United States put under martial law ( Read more... )

oh, so it's on Tuesday. finally someone's told me. :P

it actually interests me a lot, even though it doesn't involve me. but then, what is going on in your country influences politics in the whole world, so it is interesting.

so I'm probably going to look out for news impatiently. hopefully, whatever happens, it won't be so bad.

wait a minute. isn't Tuesday like, tomorrow? XD

Which I believe happens to be a large part of the problem right there, but I don't need to rant about politics more than I have already. =P

Yeah, I wouldn't hope for too much. I love my country dearly but the government and the people in it scare the hell out of me. o.0

Yes, tomorrow - which makes Wednesday Armageddon. =|

I used to curse my country for having such stupid and/or greedy, generally evil people in charge. I thought that it's so much better in other countries that are more rich and more significant. but then I noticed that it's not that pretty in other places and even if problems are different, the main problem is the same: government sucks. I don't believe that someone will ever change it.

I'm with you on Wednesday then, and I hope you're gonna survive it without harm [and I mean mental harm as well; frustration can be painful].

I used to talk with a girl from Romania on a regular basis and she was desperate to move to America because she thought life would be so much better here. After seeing what goes on with politics here and talking to me, she finally realized that things are awful pretty much everywhere and the only differences are in the language and scenery.

Thanks, and I hope to come back with some interesting stories at least. (If I'm not in jail...)
