Don't lose hope. When my husband interviewed with Cessna, it was about 4 weeks before he heard anything from them. When he interviewed with Rolls-Royce, it was about 3 months before he got a rejection email. You just never know how a company will play things. Good luck!

Did they tell him in what time-frame they were hoping to hire someone? They told me they were looking to hire for January, and that there'd be "several interviews." I interpreted that as saying there shouldn't be much wait between interviews if they were still interested--maybe one week, two at the most. Also, it wasn't very long between when I applied for the position and when they called for an interview--I think it was less than a week.

Oh well, I guess it could still happen.
