Relax Leah. Do some Lamaze breathing or yoga. Don't be so upset over frivolous issues. If someone says something about you behind your back, laugh at it and let it go. The number one thing I've learned about girls is that we're all overly jealous of someone, to emit this jealousy we tend to spread rumors or talk trash about the person we are envious of. So by not stooping to their level, you can show that you are indeed more mature and in tune with yourself and your priorities.
