"Fidget eating. I tend to eat something if it's in arms reach. I need to figure out something to do at parties and game nights when the snack bowl is next to me. Half the time I don't realize I've been munching. Gum seems like an okay idea, but then I don't want to be smacking during conversations. How uncouth."

im that way about drinking. my fix? make sure i have plenty of coke zero or water with in my reach (or house). you just need to find a healthy snack to have on you or around you when you get the craving. and half of dieting is willpower...
