Fellowships?

Does anyone know of any graduate fellowships which accept applicants in the second or third year?

I didn't apply for any in the first year and now I seem to be ineligible for most of them (including the NSF, by virtue of having done a year as a "fake graduate student").

I'm at Marshall Space Flight center, researching high-energy astrophysics. I feel so lucky to be working at NASA. Congrats on getting your GSRP at Goddard!
