What I'm giving up on is "the system," the attempts to "improve" our school to raise test scores and our graduation rates. Mashed Potatoes
I just made the best mashed potatoes I've ever done. The trick, from Alton Brown's Good Eats show, is to use buttermilk instead of regular milk. Seriously amaziing. -
Captialism Rocks
I just spent the day at Caterpillar's Mossville, IL, campus, getting tours of their Tech Center and the building in which they machine and assemble their engines.
