For target 09, how fast do you have to spin it and where? S-so infuriating.

there's direction on the spinny at the bottom screen.
spin as fast as you can to fill the power gauge above

yea! i cant get past that one either! the green bar almost never loads! and if it does, its only by a little...

once you get hit by Tazaru(?)'s spinny, your power gauge will go down immediately. You will need to spin according to the direction with speed. You will need a few tries for this mini games.
