My doctor gave me prescriptions for meds again and he said I shouldn't of gotten off them. The celexa takes two weeks to kick in and a month for the full effect but he gave me Zanex for when my anxiety gets really bad before it kicks in. I feel so sick again. I'm tired and have nasal drip. I stayed up until 1 am on the phone with George. Thankfully my doctor appointment is tonight. I hope I can really express to him what is wrong.

I really do not like not knowing how to do stuff for projects and not being able to just look it up either in a book or online. I feel like I always have to depend on coworkers and they don't always want to help. When they do help, I just feel bad for bugging them.

My anxiety has been really bad this weekend. I'm feeling better tonight though thankfully. I am going to call the doc tomorrow...might have to start taking meds again unfortunately.
