i was waiting for this to show up some where.

i don't think the ppl will win but i do think it was worth it to file a suit.

many many many people (including me) pay for xbox live when we could have easily bought a ps3 and played online for free. knowing that, we still got a 360 and still payed for live. we should get what we payed for, the ability to get on live whenever we please without problems.

hopefully this will get microsoft to stay on top of things.
