They're part of a voice synthesizer program called Vocaloid - they're singing about wanting to be used to make good songs, and if you don't use them for good songs..

they're gonna run you over with a road roller. RODA ROLLA~

People write songs and have vocaloids sing them (also they have them sing other songs).. it's kind of insane, that a program has a fanbase.. but it's huge. Every vocaloid has a little profile that the company gives them, apparently, and fans just ~go wild~ .. idk.

It is a pretty neat program, though. And these two, Len & Rin, have some pretty cool songs.

The most popular vocaloid is Miku Hatsune, but I don't actually like her voice. Len & Rin have a song about surpassing her as 'the best vocaloid' and it is glorious.
