I feel like I have such a poor grip on time lately. In two weeks I will be returning to school, starting my senior year (even though I've barely started my summer work). On Saturday I'll be starting band camp. I've been discussing colleges like crazy with my piano teacher. Things seemed so far away, but now they're about to smack me in the face

I know what you mean, but to me, it still seems ages away. I see my stupid little reminder countdown that tells me that I have thirteen days till school starts, yet I don't even want to bother with summer work. Everyday I've been getting more and more college emails, and yet the reality of sending in applications and getting accepted still feel as though they're never going to happen. It's all just really strange.

ps. when are we having our sleep over??
