*snicker* Those laws are almost NEVER enforced--a lot of states enacted them as a way to punish adultery after it was no longer its own separate crime. Just try not to be so noisy that people call the police, and you ought to be fine.

i totally don't believe that they enforce the law, but Fornication is betweened two unmarried people, so it can't be counter-adultery legislation

Think about adultery, hon: one married person having sex with someone he or she is not married to. They cannot be married to each other, or it's not adultery. The definition is "not married to each other," meaning they can be married to other people ^_^
