Yes, I wrote that last night in my family room while listening to the tv in the background :)

My good friend livejamie (look him up) writes amazing poetry and I was talking to him last night about how he has such a way with words, and he just told me to practice. So, this was my practice :)

I have a love for creative writing, yet sadly... I don't think I have written a single thing since........ my senior year of high school, for creative writing class, on the school literary magazine. That was ten years ago!

That is a depressing realization. Note to self: work on, and post a poem before the month of February is over.... and just watch out, when you see it -- then you will know "practice" really looks like. Your's is what I would call "performance". Anyway, thanks for awaking this spark in me again.
