I just found out one of my friend's grandparents died through my friend's other friend. Does anyone else cry hearing about a friend of ur's death in the family? I dont even know the family member, but hearing about it made me cry. I didnt even cry about my own grandmother's death... and yet I do for his grandfather. Odd? I think so.

I feel an old habit coming back to haunt me... I havent acted upon it yet, but it's there always plaguing my mind. It's one I thought I was done with years ago... but then I see myself in the mirror and still go out and have a cookie after weeks of being really good by eating healthy. Well, the official weigh in happened... I got to see how much I gained after losing all that weight on the ship. I gained a total of 3 pounds. I'm so proud of myself. It's so easy to gain about 6-7 pounds a week and a week of relaxing and desserts and eating a lot and I only gained 3 pounds. So I'm proud of myself. I have come to find in the past two weeks just how really weak I am. I thought I was good and strong. I asked to be humbled... I sure got it. Got pointed out my weaknesses REAL quick.
