Oh, relationships. Right now, thankfully, I'm in my "pshh, who needs guys?!" phase of apathy. But then there's the "why does everyone have love but me?!" phase, aka several months of misery and self-pitying.

beowulf is indeed an awesome film. i did think it was genuinely scary though; if i was a 12 year old watching it expecting a run of the mill action film, i would've been surprised. i liked how they justified/handled the changes from the original poem, too.
