Have you thought of writing some of your fantasy worlds down it may help with the anxiety. It's how I function besides tv shows, movies and fanfics. I have a bipolar like need to be social and anti-social. It depends on my mood. If it helps try crafts and sell them. There are tons of things out there to try. Sell them at local coffee shops that cater to artists and flea markets. You don't have to socialize a lot; just enough to go in, set up and see how they are doing on sales now and then. It will give you a sense of control and writing your fantasies down in story form can be a release in itself. You can do anything to those characters that you can't do in real life. If your angry or sad torture, kill or angst them to death. Happy give happy parts and many, many more. Try it and see if it helps.
