Oh, fuck yes. That picture gave me the perfect way to imagine John just like you wrote him. Yes please. This was fabulous.

And I was with filenotch on asking about the first version, but since post-romance added Rodney coming on John, I am very much fine with the completed edition. *g*

Oh, man, was that picture inspirational. I was able to put John right there - lankier, pose more relaxed, eyes closed - boom, right in my head. So writing it was easy - just a total brain dump. And, yeah, I did cheat Rodney out of his orgasm the first time, and when Grrrl was all, "That's the end?" I thought, "Hmmmm, okay. Rodney's right there; John's bare chest is right there - that works!" I actually like both versions about equally. I have a tendancy these days to cut in the middle of sex because I write it so much that I feel like I'm getting repetitive. And there are only so many ways to do it, y'know? ;>

So, the upshot of all of that is thank you - I'm glad you liked it!

nice! how mortifyingly embarrassing for john, but of course, it turned out well in the end :D very hot, and (maybe i just see sweetness everywhere) but i thought it was sweet, too. even with the bit of dom.
